EYE LOOK - COPPER/RED SMOKEY EYE

I did this look for the food and wine expo in Toronto. I really liked it and have done it again since. Its really brings out my green eyes and is super sexy. I also find that with my new dark hair it really completed the look and made me never want to take it off!

Here is what I did step by step to get this look:

Mac Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Indianwood - I used this to set a base for my eyeshadow. It makes you eyelid have a nude shimmer base to build up on. $26.00

Anastasia Beverly Hills Shadow in Orange Soda - I used this shadow first to build up my crease. $12.00

Anastasia Beverly Hills Shadow in Sienna - I used this shadow to deepen up my crease further. $12.00

Mac Eye Shadow Pan in Ground Brown  - I used this shadow to darken the lid and blended it into the crease for a nice transition. $10.00

Mac Cosmetics Fix Plus - Spayed this on my brush before dipping it onto the next colour. $26.00

Mac Pearlizer Sheer Pigment in Quiver - They don't sell this anymore but I think you can get it on ebay. I used this with the brush covered in fix plus to place the pigment on my eyelid. This made the red vibrant.   $17.75

Mac Pigment Colour Powder in Chocolate Brown - I used this colour on a clean brush to blend in smooth out quiver in the transition to the crease. I also used this on the lower lash line $26.00

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Mad Max Brown - I used this liner to define the upper lash line. $28.39

Mac Pro Longwear Eye Liner in Black Ice - I used this in my upper and lower waterline. $24.00

OFRA Eye Shadow and Highlighter in Bliss - I used this on the inner corner of my eyes to brighten up the look. $15.00

Dont forget to spray fix plus all over your face to make sure it all stays in place.

Mac False Lashes Extreme Black Mascara - lastly I applied this on my lashes to make them darker and stand out more. I love this mascara! $27.00

On my eyebrows I used:

EYE LOOK - NUDE/CHAMPAGNE FADE

Okay this should of been up forever ago I know and i'm sorry it took me so long. I was in San Sebastian which if you have never been to you should GO!!!! like NOW! Its AMAZING! If your into this look I'll let you know exactly what I used so you can try and recreate it yourself. Woop Woop

it always starts off the same....

Mac Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly - I used this to set a base for my eyeshadow. It makes you eyelid one colour and takes away any redness you may have $26.00

Bobbi Brown Eye Shadow in the colour Bone - I use this all over to set the base. I also find that when you do this it is easier later to blend the eyeshadow colours on top. $32.68

Anastasia Beverly Hills Shadow in Orange Soda - I used this shadow first to build up my crease. $12.00

Mac Eye Shadow Pan in Amber Lights -  $10.00 - I used this shadow to darken the crease further and bring it down onto the lid.

Josie Maran Coconut Watercolor Eye Shadow in the color Playa Del Pink - I used this all over the lid. Shake well before you use so that it has its true intensity and pigmentation.  $23.00

I used a combination of the following three eye shadows to build up the crease, blend in the Josie pigment into the crease and finish the look/lower waterline.

Mac Eye Shadow Pan in Wood Winked -  $10.00

EYE LOOK - ALL BLACK FADE OUT SMOKEY EYE

I am currently in Barcelona and went out with friends last night to dinner and drinks. I was just chilling in my Airbnb having come back from a four hour exploration of the city and decided tonight the night!! haha!! This is totally going to sound weird but my boyfriend and his brother have been talking a lot about Star Wars since a new movie is coming out and my friend who knows I do these eye look posts sent me a joke article about Chewbacca's eye makeup look and well I was actually inspired. Chewbacca just got a glam makeover :P

As you probably have figured out by now, I always start the same way.....

Urban Decay Naked 2 Pallet - I used three shades in this pallet. Tease to start -  mainly in the crease and blended up. Take your time because going forward you will build up on this so you get a nice smokey look. Next use Busted with a smaller brush to really darken the crease and bring the dark shade onto the lid. Finally I used Blackout all over the lid. Just pack it on and blend it up into the crease so that there is a nice gradient. I used Blackout on my lower waterline really close to the bottom eyelashes and then went in with Busted to blend it and create a gradient on the lower lash line and hook it back into the top gradient (outer eyelid) I previously created. $64.00

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper - I used this liner to make a small line along the edge of my eyelid/eyelash to make it even darker at the base. $28.39

Mac Cosmetics Fix Plus - Spayed this all over my face to hold the shadow and foundation for long wear. $26.00

Doucce Eye Liner in Black (500) - I added this to my waterline to deepen the black. $15.41

Mac False Lashes Extreme Black Mascara - lastly I applied this on my lashes to make them darker and stand out more. I love this mascara! $27.00

On my eyebrows I used:

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in the shade Medium Brown $21.00

Benefit's Gimmie Brow in the shade Light/Medium $16.69

EYE LOOK - SUNSET SMOKEY EYE

I wore this eye look out last week to a friends birthday party and thought it was sooo pretty I'd share it with you guys. It does take quiet a bit of time and a lot of blending so be patient. Im not the best with wing liner yet so a trick I know is to put tape down on you cheekbones where you want the liner to be. Doing this step first before you prime your eyelids will later give you a crisp line after you add the shadow and liner. Simply just remove the tape when you are finished and you will notice how clean it looks. I always do my face after my eyes just in case there is any fallout with the eyeshadow.

The following are a list of items I used to get this look:

Jessie's Girl Eye Shadow Primer - I used this first so that it primes the eyelid and so the makeup doesn't move around over time. I got this in my etsy bag. $5.99

Mac Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly - I used this next just to set a base for my eyeshadow. It makes you eyelid one colour and takes away any redness you may have $26.00

Bobbi Brown Eye Shadow in the colour Bone - I use this all over to set the base. I also find that when you do this it is easier later to blend the eyeshadow colours on top. $32.68

Anastasia Beverly Hills Shadow in Orange Soda - I used this shadow first to build up my crease and placed it both on the inner and outer edges of the crease. $12.00

Anastasia Beverly Hills Shadow in Sienna - I used this shadow to give me more of a defined crease and a transition colour to my darker shades. I did not spread this one out as much but brought it in and onto my eyelid more to great a better transition. Make sure its nicely blended with orange soda thought. Later on you will use this on the bottom lash line and smoke it out $12.00

Anastasia Beverly Hills Shadow in Noir - Next I used a Noir but you can use any black eyeshadow. I did a light layer of this on the lid so that it would deepen the following eye shadows. Later on you will use this on the bottom lash line as close to the eyelashes as possible after Sienna $12.00

Anastasia Beverly Hills Shadow in Moss - I used this green eyeshadow on top of the black eyeshadow and I just patted it on on top to give it a green hue. Later on you will use this on the bottom lash line after Sienna and Noir and smoke it out $12.00

Mac Cosmetics Fix Plus - TIP: if you spray fix plus on your brush before you put eyeshadow on it it makes the eyeshadow stand out more. I did exactly this before my next eyeshadow. $26.00

Mac Cosmetics Eyeshadow in the colour Blue Enchantment (limited edition) - I got this eyeshadow in a kit and not sure you can get it at Mac anymore but its available on amazon. I used this eyeshadow all over the lid exactly where I had put Moss before. $29.95

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper - I used this liner to start on the inside of the eye and dragged it out. $28.39

Mac Cosmetics Fluidline in Black Track - I finished with a brush and this liner just because I find it easier to create a wing with a brush then a liquid stick - I dunno I am weird. $19.50

Doucce Eye Liner in Black (500) - I added this to my waterline to deepen the black. $15.41

Mac Cosmetics False Lash Extreme Black Mascara - I used this mascara to finish off the look. $27.00

EYE LOOK USING THE TARTELETTE PALLET BY TARTE COSMETICS

This was a day look that I had on yesterday that I thought I would share with you. I know that my liner looks black but it is actually brown! Kat Von D came out with this super awesome, super pigmented tattoo liner and the brown is actually so dark it looks black in some photos. I like it because I have green eyes and for day makeup it can appear a tad softer against my eye then jet black. Anyways below I will list all the products I used with prices and links so you can go out and get the stuff to do this look too!!!! ALSO DONT'T FORGET TO FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM! @SOHEILAONLINE OR @SOHEILABEAUTY

Josie Maran Coconut Watercolor Eye Shadow in the color Playa Del Pink - I used this all over the lid and then went back in again with the Tarte Pallet to help blend it in so there were no rough creases.  $23.00

OFRA Eye Shadow and Highlighter in Bliss - I used this on top of the Jose Maran eye shadow to make it pop a little more. I got this in my Epsy Bag a couple months ago and love it! $15.00

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Mad Max Brown - I used this for my winged liner. $28.50

Mac Extra Dimension Eye shadow in A Natural Flirt - I used this at the front of my eye and closest to my nose to add a highlight. $26.00

Mac Eye Shadow in Phloof - I used a little of this on top of A Natural Flirt in the corner closest to my nose for even more of a highlight. $19.00
